I am so happy to announce that we have new owners of Machine Quilters Business Manager!  Ernie and Kim Santariello from Suffield, CT have purchased the software and are already busy with selling and supporting it.  Kim is a long arm quilter with many years of experience in providing excellent service to her customers. She has been using MQBM for several years and knows how important it is in running the long arm business.  Ernie is a software guy with lots of experience in the field, he was amazing in how quickly he understood all the ins and outs of the program as we went through the intense training process.  Together, they have great plans for the future, and I know you will receive outstanding support and seamless transition as they move forward.  I am confident of the future of MQBM in their hands.

From Ernie and Kim:

We are very excited to be taking the reins from Mary.  Our experience with MQBM has been very positive.  As you all know, it is an essential tool for managing a long arm business with a plethora of features.

Our immediate plans are to attempt to provide the same high level of support that Mary has these many years.  The existing current version (5.0) is very robust and we do not have plans to change it significantly, but rather continue to support through the dynamic changes on the Windows platform.

Our longer term plans are to provide a new iteration that will be platform independent, working on other devices such as iPads, tablets and even smart phones.  Please bear with us as we get up to speed as we have found Mary is a very hard act to follow.  We welcome your feedback throughout this journey.
